Boiling Springs Festival of Bands

The Boiling Springs Festival of Bands offers a positive experience for about 3,000 high school students and is one of the LARGEST competitive events for high school students in the state. The event is well chaperoned and supervised within a strict competitive format where positive crowd responses are highly encouraged and every band is recognized at our awards ceremony.

The Boiling Springs Festival of Bands has been held for 29 years and is restricted to 30 bands competing. This competition typically has bands from all parts of South Carolina plus even some out-of-state bands. The Boiling Springs Festival of Bands is considered to be the best early season band competition in the state. Bands are placed into two divisions and six classes based on the size of the band.
